Last updated: March 12, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Sired, including our website, hosted app, APIs, agent builder, and connected channels.

1. Agreement

By using Sired, creating an account, creating an agent, or using our APIs, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Sired on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

2. What Sired provides

Sired helps you create, deploy, test, and operate AI agents. Features may include hosted chat, channel connections, analytics, APIs, and integrations with third-party model providers and infrastructure vendors.

We may add, remove, or change features over time. Some features may be beta, preview, or limited by plan.

3. Accounts, access, and security

You are responsible for keeping your login links, API keys, setup tokens, bot tokens, and other credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account or workspace unless it is caused by our own breach of security.

You must notify us promptly if you believe your account or credentials have been compromised.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Sired to:

5. Your content and your agents

You retain ownership of the prompts, instructions, files, connected content, and configuration you provide to Sired. You are responsible for the content your agents generate and for how you deploy or rely on agent outputs.

You should review outputs before using them in high-risk, regulated, financial, employment, medical, legal, or safety-critical situations.

6. Our platform and IP

Sired and its software, design, branding, workflows, and service logic remain our property or the property of our licensors. These Terms do not give you ownership of the Sired platform itself.

7. Third-party services

Sired may depend on third-party providers such as model vendors, cloud hosting, SMS providers, email providers, and payment processors. Their availability and behavior may affect the service. Your use of those providers through Sired may also be subject to their terms and policies.

8. Fees and billing

Paid features may require a subscription or usage-based fees. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where we explicitly agree otherwise. You are responsible for taxes associated with your use of the service.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security risk, misuse the service, or fail to pay amounts due. You may stop using Sired at any time.

10. Availability and disclaimers

Sired is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect accuracy, or that outputs will be error-free, complete, or fit for every use case.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Sired will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data arising from or related to your use of the service.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for claims arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim arose.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the date above and provide notice in the product, on the site, or by email where appropriate. Continued use after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them.
